A clogged nozzle ("clog") is the most common and frustrating problem in 3D printing. It causes under-extrusions, failed prints and wasted time. This set of 5 cleaning needles is designed specifically to solve this problem.
Made from flexible yet tough steel, these needles are perfectly calibrated to slip into the 0.4mm hole of your nozzle without damaging it. They break up and dislodge burnt filament residues or debris blocking the passage.

Directions for use :
For maximum efficiency and safety:
- Heat the nozzle: Increase the temperature of your hot-end to around 210°C (or to the printing temperature of your usual filament).
- Inserting the needle: Carefully insert the needle from below, directly into the nozzle orifice.
- Clean: Use gentle twisting and turning movements to loosen the plug.
- Purge: Remove the needle and manually extrude a small amount of filament to remove any remaining residue.
